It's human nature to be inquisitive. Contrary to the old adage of the cat and curiosity being its downfall, we encourage you to ask questions. After all, asking questions is one of the only methods to finding the answers you seek. Charter Bus Detroit will gladly answer any questions related to our charter buses, party buses, and limousines. We believe that all of our clients should be fully informed when working with us. If you have a question that you'd like to ask, feel free to do so. Do you service areas outside of Detroit?
Of course! We have quite the large and expansive service area. Give us a call to see if we can provide service to your area!
Can we smoke on the charter bus?
No, as we have a no smoking policy. Please do not smoke on the vehicle!
Do we have to tip the driver?
A tip is completely up to you. Your hourly pricing already includes tip so if you wish to tip additionally, it's completely up to you.
What makes a charter bus so different?
A charter bus is a great mode of transportation because it's affordable, and the best possible way of transporting a large number of people in one vehicle.
Can you drink alcohol?
On the Party Buses, Vans and Town Cars, you can drink alcohol. We do not supply alcohol for you. If there are people who are under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on board.
Can children come on the vehicles?
Of Course! We are greatly used by schools to take children to field trips. Our party buses are also rented for birthday parties and more. If there are children, there cannot be any alcohol on board.
Can the reservation be cancelled?
Once you have put your deposit down, you cannot cancel. You will be required to pay for the service whether you use it or not. You may not change the date of your reservation either. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade or downgrade your vehicles or change the time earlier or later.
Are there any hidden fees?
We disclose all the prices and information up front. There will not be any hidden fees added later on. They only additional fees that might come up would be a cleaning fee if there is a huge mess left or if something gets damaged.
